Since 1969, Fletcher Bright Company has leased millions of square feet of retail space, ranging from single tenant structures to 600,000 square foot power centers. With almost 200 years of collective experience, our leasing team has strong relationships with many of the retailers that are active in today’s environment.
For each project, our leasing strategy includes an analysis of the local market to determine current market conditions, which includes a breakdown of competition, comparative rent levels, and retail needs missing from each market. This information, combined with a full demographic analysis, helps us develop an individualized leasing plan for each of our properties.
Once a leasing strategy has been agreed upon, Fletcher Bright Company pursues the prospective tenants through the various marketing avenues available. These avenues may include utilizing our personal contacts with the retailers, broker contacts, and e-mail blasts, as well as posting each project with the appropriate listing services such as Loop Net or Co-Star. In addition, for many of the projects we manage, cold calling and canvassing the local market generates the best results by producing the unique tenants that help drive traffic to the properties.
Fletcher Bright Company’s goal for all of the assets we manage and/or lease is to produce the best tenant match for the property, which will increase the viability and long-term value of each of the assets under our care.
